The aim of the North Shore High School Manufacturing Program is to educate young people about interesting and fulfilling careers in manufacturing, while strengthening the workforce development pipeline for manufacturers. Students will have an opportunity to take a series of courses that focus on materials, design and safety, as well as develop leadership skills for work in the field.

Manufacturers today are looking for employees who have technical skills in a variety of areas, possess workplace and teamwork skills and have the ability to incorporate and utilize new technologies as they are developed.
